From 2003 to 2009, Fabian Silva Yedra worked as Commercial & Finance Director, leading the entry into new markets, cost efficiencies, financial controls & strategic purchases. He created new departments such as Sales services, Logistics, Sales Force, Financial analysis, Purchase and cost controls.
From 2001 to 2003, he joined the Etiquetas Anro S.A. de C.V. sales force, helping the organization to increase sales drastically while analyzing financial statements and leading cost and productivity efficiencies. He collaborated in the transition of the new organization in which the company was divided by strategic areas. From 1997 to 2001 he worked for Procter & Gamble México as Financial Analyst, his last position being LA Profit Forecaster (Tissue & Towel Global Business), in which he collaborated in Charmin’s launch. He led regional budget management and control as well as forecasting accurate numbers for the business.
He gained other experience as the Account Receivables Manager and in Manufacturing Cost Control in LA Bar Soap’s Plant and Recruiting leader on College efforts.
