John Anderson, Packaging Segment Director Americas Born and lives in Pittsburgh PA, Dr John Anderson went to the University of Wales Swansea form 1989-1998 qualifying as a Mechanical Engineer with research Masters in metal casting, PhD in Screen Printing and post-doc research in digital screen printing. Anderson held the position of technical and training manager for the European Flexographic Technical Association for two years before returning to the US in 2000 and worked as a consultant for 5 years; specializing in train the trainer training development and delivery using the Sinapse Graphic press simulators for Flexo, sheetfed offset, web offset, newspapers, and gravure. Anderson was technical and education director for the Flexographic Technical Association for 2 years, and a founding developer of the Technical Education Services Team (TEST) with $1 million sponsorship from Harper Corporation. In November 2007 Dr Anderson joined Kodak as global Flexo product manager, and in January 2010 joined the Americas region as Director of Packaging Segment Marketing in US&C, overseeing the full packaging portfolio, and started his current role in January 2011.
