Fernando Gabel graduated in Business Administration and holds an MBA in Business Management. He worked for over 20 years in the metal-mechanic industry, transitioning to the label industry around ten years ago. During this period, Fernando served as CEO of the former Baumgarten Gráfica, leading it from a national champion to a global powerhouse, through regional expansion and further merger with the German converters Rako and X-label to found the All4Labels Group, now the third biggest label company in the world. At All4Labels, Fernando holds the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager, Latam.
