Mariana Soto Urzúa has a civil chemical engineering degree from the University of Chile. She has extensive experience in the paper industry, including working with Celulosa Arauco, CMPC Tissue, Papelera Vera & Giannini, MM - Marinetti Packaging. Since 2009 she has been the General Manager for the Chilean Packaging and Packaging Center: CENEM. This private, non-profit technical corporation brings together the value chain of the packaging industry in Chile. She is currently a board member at the CeTA Food Technology Innovation Center in the Sustainable Production and Consumption Committee of the Ministry of Environment of Chile.
